Job Summary

Safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle to deliver building materials undamaged to commercial and residential job sites. Inspect and maintain truck/trailer readiness, load and unload materials using flatbed/boom equipment, and prioritize safety while providing world-class customer service. Complete required compliance records, report all accidents, and meet physical and cognitive demands such as lifting heavy materials, managing deadlines, and communicating professionally.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with company policies and Federal/State regulations.
•Inspect truck/trailer for defects, and safely load building materials onto flatbed/boom truck and unload at job sites.
•Deliver materials to assigned areas as directed by the customer while prioritizing safety for self and others.
•Maintain required state and federal compliance records and report all accidents involving driver or company equipment.
•Work both independently and as a team, manage job site deadlines/stress, and communicate professionally with management, coworkers, and customers.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with minimum Class B (Class A strongly preferred).
•Clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
•Overall knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
•Ability to safely lift and handle heavy building materials (up to 80+ lbs) and communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
