Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet sales and service goals by engaging in bank sales processes, profiling customers, building customer relationships, and following up by phone or email.
  • •Accurately open, close, and maintain customer accounts according to policies and procedures, including understanding Personal Banker training materials.
  • •Advise customers using product knowledge, starting with basic retail banking options and learning/applying more complicated products such as IRAs and loans.
  • •Provide customer service to help the branch achieve high customer service ratings, including internal survey results.
  • •Support operational accuracy and compliance and perform basic teller transactions as needed (e.g., deposits/withdrawals, cashing checks, balancing drawer).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) with related experience: 1 year for Level 1, 2 years for Level 2, and 3+ years for Level 3 (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role and meet required bank training.
  • •Must work onsite and be available during branch hours (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm; Sat 8:30am–1pm).
  • •Must successfully complete Universal (Relationship) Banker Cross Training Development Plan curriculum (or equivalent experience).
  • •Maintain working knowledge of internal and legislated compliance and regulations, including completing annual training.
