Delivery Associate

Facilitate end-to-end delivery of customer vehicles, ensuring readiness, completion of required documentation, and a smooth handoff. Conduct pre- and post-delivery conversations, guide customers through vehicle features in person or virtually, and tailor the experience to customer needs. Coordinate lease-end return appointments and grounding intake, manage vehicle readiness and final quality checks, and document activity using Salesforce while representing Lucid’s product advantages.
