Key Responsibilities

  • •Support contract work by reviewing, drafting, and organizing commercial, vendor, and partnership agreements.
  • •Assist with legal research across areas such as financial regulation, AML/Compliance, data protection, corporate law, and employment law.
  • •Help maintain internal legal documentation, templates, and process checklists.
  • •Support regulatory and compliance activities, including monitoring changes in regulations and updating internal stakeholders.
  • •Participate in cross-functional projects, assisting Legal in collaborating with teams such as Sales, Product, People, and Finance.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled (and available for at least the next 6 months) in a law degree program.
  • •Staatsexamen, bachelor’s or master’s— ideally with coursework in commercial, corporate, tech, or financial regulatory law.
  • •Strong interest in tech, SaaS, fintech, or compliance regulations (AML, data protection, financial regulation).
  • •Strong English skills (C1 or above); German skills are a plus and helpful for reviewing documents.
  • •Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks reliably.
