Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and drive growth through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, follow-ups, and referrals. Educate customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking, while maintaining knowledge of products, technology, and policies and adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
