•Deliver product design and assemblies to production on time, cost, and specification, supporting functionality, reliability, safety, and performance.
•Lead, challenge, and develop engineering standards and participate in technical expertise initiatives.
•Work on high-risk engineering problems by de-risking with sound design considerations and documentation.
•Develop detailed specifications and design requirements for interdependent systems.
•Define and execute test requirements, analyze test failures, and develop efficient solutions to optimize robustness and performance; manage prototype build and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Science discipline (or equivalent).
•5+ years of experience in design (plastic, rubber, or metal) and product development on complex technical problems.

•Practical knowledge of 3D CAD and 2D drawings, including GD&T and tolerance stack.
•Ability to analyze processes and information to identify problems and trends and develop strategies.
