Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver product design and assemblies to production on time, cost, and specification, supporting functionality, reliability, safety, and performance.
  • •Lead, challenge, and develop engineering standards and participate in technical expertise initiatives.
  • •Work on high-risk engineering problems by de-risking with sound design considerations and documentation.
  • •Develop detailed specifications and design requirements for interdependent systems.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Science discipline (or equivalent).
  • •5+ years of experience in design (plastic, rubber, or metal) and product development on complex technical problems.
  • •Experience applying DFM, DFA, and DFC considerations in product development.
  • •Practical knowledge of 3D CAD and 2D drawings, including GD&T and tolerance stack.
  • •Ability to analyze processes and information to identify problems and trends and develop strategies.
