•Design, model, and maintain People Analytics solutions in Power BI, including workforce data modeling, DAX calculations, report development, and interactive dashboards.
•Use SQL and Python to query, cleanse, integrate, and analyze employee and organizational datasets while ensuring data quality and reliability.
•Transform workforce and organizational insights into compelling, data-driven stories for talent and business decision-making.
•Apply data visualization best practices and user-centric design to deliver intuitive dashboards and reports for leaders and stakeholders.
•Develop and present executive-level analyses, and lead analytics technology projects involving data solutions, process automation, and change management.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS/MS in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources).
•Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, report development, and dashboard design/prototyping (with Figma).
•Advanced expertise in SQL for querying, integrating, transforming, and preparing data from multiple sources.
•Experience with Python for data preparation, automation, and advanced analytics.
•Experience with Databricks for managing data ingestion, job automation, schema/table management, and reporting queries.
