Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects end to end — define the plan, set milestones, manage dependencies, and deliver on time and on budget.
  • •Run the day-to-day: track progress, flag risks early, remove blockers, and keep work moving.
  • •Coordinate partners across GTA, HR, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and the business, and resolve misalignment quickly.
  • •Improve the process along the way, working with internal teams and outside vendors to put changes in place.
  • •Report progress, risks, and decisions at the right level for leaders, then move to the next project as each one completes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar; advanced degree preferred
  • •8+ years of global/enterprise project or program management experience; experience with enterprise major transformation a plus
  • •Strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time with little oversight
  • •Skills in planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
  • •Data-informed approach and ability to communicate progress clearly to executives
