Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and specialized mining equipment interfaces.
  • •Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a highdemand, fastpaced environment.
  • •Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and applications.
  • •Support minesite users with connectivity issues, authentication, VPN access, and account management.
  • •Maintain network equipment including switches, access points, routers, and fiber/copper connections.

Key Requirements

  • •Onsite IT support experience, preferably in remote/mining environments
  • •Proficient with desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals
  • •Experience maintaining network equipment (switches, access points, routers) and VPN connectivity
  • •Exposure to operations technology (OT) devices such as rugged tablets, PLC interfaces, fleet-management hardware
  • •Strong cybersecurity awareness and adherence to security patches and configurations
