Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of Analyst and Associate programmes, including onboarding, induction, learning, performance reviews, reward, promotion, and mobility to ensure positive candidate and colleague experience.
  • •Own annual and interim performance and compensation cycles, ensuring accurate data, governance, timely calibration, promotion outcomes, and completion of required documentation and approvals.
  • •Enable career development and internal mobility for junior talent through coaching, rotations (where applicable), and partnerships with Recruitment and business stakeholders.
  • •Support workforce planning for junior cohorts, including roll-off planning into roles aligned to business demand and colleague development objectives.
  • •Drive engagement, retention, and offboarding through cohort touchpoints, feedback sessions, morale monitoring, exit interviews, and attrition analysis; embed manager best practices in goal setting, feedback, performance support, inclusion, and wellbeing.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience delivering Early Careers/Emerging Talent programmes (Analyst/Associate/Graduate/Intern), including end-to-end design or redesign for cohorts of 300+.
  • •Proven programme delivery within Operations or Technology, ideally in Global Capability Centres or equivalent environments.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence outcomes in a matrix organization, with fluent English.
  • •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving to translate strategy into practical delivery and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Strong capability with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, with experience using HR systems/databases and data governance; preferred exposure to performance, reward, promotion, and employee relations processes.
