Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and manage SEIT work scope across technical, cost, schedule, and risk, and develop integrated SEIT plans and technical artifacts for mission success.
  • •Actively manage the IPT to drive decisions, design development, and requirements to meet program milestones, including resolving technical issues on schedule.
  • •Manage IPT cost and schedule performance, provide headcount variance and milestone status, and address earned value and scope growth against the baseline.
  • •Lead functional management for a group of 15–20 SEIT engineers, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, hiring, retention, and goal setting.
  • •Enforce SEIT processes and standards, execute training and development and engagement plans, and close out IPT action items per schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance post-start, which requires U.S. citizenship.
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or non-U.S. equivalent directly related to the work statement.
  • •Experience in space systems and working with multi-discipline teams.
  • •5+ years leading multi-disciplined complex engineering projects and teams across multiple organizations.
  • •Ability to provide high impact, creative solutions to complex technical problems and perform independent review of teammates' work.
