Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Process Owner for the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure conformance across all production areas.
  • •Act as site subject matter expert for site-level policies, risk assessments, and operational controls; participate as a Food Safety Team Member.
  • •Lead and manage the site Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) and CTQ metric collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • •Verify critical tasks including CCPs, preventive controls, and quality checks; oversee hold management and rework/destruction processes.
  • •Lead investigations for process deviations and manage QA staffing, schedules, and training/onboarding for QA Technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •High school Diploma or GED.
  • •3+ years of experience in a quality-related field and supervisor experience in manufacturing.
  • •Serve as site Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) for FSMA compliance and support Food Safety/HACCP plans.
  • •Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP) and specification/data management tools (OPTIVA, SharePoint, etc.).
  • •Strong capability in Excel for trending and analytics plus technical writing and documentation skills.
