Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage rebate accounting and analysis for the assigned market, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and settlements.
  • •Reconcile information from rebate-related applications and prepare monthly rebate reports and market analysis.
  • •Calculate, verify, and process rebate settlements and payments, including creating credit notes and monitoring timeliness.
  • •Partner with Commercial teams on customer inquiries and dispute resolution.
  • •Drive local and regional process improvement initiatives and provide accurate, audit-ready information to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Analytics, with experience in AP, AR, or GL as an advantage.
  • •Knowledge of rebate accounting and financial analysis, including the ability to analyze and reconcile financial information accurately.
  • •Strong MS Excel skills, with SAP experience preferred.
  • •Ability to support customer inquiries and dispute resolution with a service-minded approach.
  • •Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
