  • •Drive understanding of new metrology technology and measurement techniques to meet device roadmaps.
  • •Partner with metrology equipment vendors on continuous improvement of software/hardware and new measurement techniques.
  • •Optimize and maintain calibration of metrology systems.
  • •Develop applications for next-generation processes and support technology transfers to production fabs.
  • •Evaluate new metrology tools and optimize metrology target layouts to improve measurement quality.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of industry metrology experience working with scatterometry/OCD or CDSEM experience (preferred).
  • •Experience with optical thin films, overlay/registration, X-ray, or AFM/wafer shape (required).
  • •Process and equipment experience in instrumentation and calibration procedures.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and DRAM device process flows (diffusion, CVD, etch, lithography).
  • •Excellent digital literacy including MS Office and JMP.
