Key Responsibilities

  • •Open new corporate bank accounts, including those at partner bank branches in both the U.S. and internationally.
  • •Become subject-matter expert on bank account requirements across different jurisdictions and streamline the account opening process.
  • •Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes with SOX controls and KPI tracking.
  • •Handle ad-hoc KYC refresh requests from banks and resolve issues promptly.
  • •Assist with Treasury data management in Kyriba and address data gaps or discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related work experience in Corporate Treasury / Banking function.
  • •B.S. degree in business-related concentration (Finance, Accounting or Economics).
  • •Proficiency in Excel required; Word and PowerPoint a plus.
  • •Prior experience with Kyriba TMS modules desired but not mandatory.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and business acumen.
