Key Responsibilities

•Lead or co-lead the third-party LP investment program, including strategy, portfolio construction, fund sourcing, diligence, GP selection, commitment sizing, and ongoing monitoring.
•Build and operationalize connectivity between capital allocation and the direct team to ensure effective manager selection and management.
•Co-own GP relationships end-to-end, including negotiating LPA terms, side letters, advisory board seats, information rights, and co-invest economics.
•Serve as a thematic intelligence engine by translating signals from underlying portfolios into market maps, deal referrals, and early important signals.
•Conduct venture-capital investment work across sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, modeling, underwriting memos, and portfolio reporting/review processes.

Key Requirements

•2 to 5 years of manager selection and capital allocation experience is ideal.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.
•Interest and/or experience using advanced technologies and a strong learning orientation.
•At least five years of work experience in a related field such as venture capital, private equity, entrepreneurship, investment banking, or management consulting.
•Experience performing early-stage company due diligence and producing investment underwriting memos and deal screens.
