Machine Learning Engineer Intern (Monetization Technology - Ads Creative AI) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS)

Work on TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem technologies that understand, generate, and optimize engaging ad creatives for monetization. As an ML intern, you’ll support AI image generation and editing using AIGC/LLMs, assist with training and fine-tuning of image generation models (including post-training optimization and reinforcement learning), and help prepare high-quality datasets through collection and preprocessing. You’ll also research multimodal/generative AI advances to improve product capabilities.
