Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead research and development of large-scale foundation models and agentic AI systems for enterprise automation.
  • •Design novel post-training approaches for model alignment, reinforcement learning, preference optimization, and synthetic data generation.
  • •Develop scalable evaluation frameworks to measure reasoning, tool use, planning, and autonomous task completion.
  • •Build production-quality AI systems combining LLMs, multimodal models, retrieval, planning, memory, and external tool use.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transition research into production systems, mentoring scientists and engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 218,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •PhD or equivalent research experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Robotics, or a related discipline.
  • •Deep expertise in frontier AI research taken from idea to production, including foundation model training and/or LLM post-training.
  • •Strong experience with reinforcement learning and preference optimization methods (e.g., RLHF, DPO/PPO/GRPO) and reward modeling.
  • •Hands-on model evaluation and building evaluation frameworks for reasoning, tool use, planning, and autonomous task completion.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and deep experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and distributed training/fine-tuning.
