Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end supply chain planning lifecycle for Raptor sub-assemblies or finished goods, including BOM requirements, supply coverage, and configuration management.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement to align supply chain plans with internal rate goals, design changes, and supplier production plans.
  • •Optimize supply schedules to improve days on hand and inventory turns while minimizing obsolescence and enabling full-rate output.
  • •Identify, mitigate, and drive to closure risks across a multi-tier global supply chain, balancing cost, reliability, and production rate in a dynamic NPI environment.
  • •Maintain master data and develop applications/reporting to measure KPIs and support program scaling.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, material/production planning, operations, or supply chain management; or bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in the same areas; or 9+ years in the same areas.
  • •Experience working on new product introduction (NPI) projects across multiple products and schedules.
  • •Technical knowledge in mechanical commodities or metallic raw materials (e.g., CNC machining, plastic injection molding, die-casting, stampings).
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions.
  • •Intermediate to advanced data and analytics skills including SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and MS Excel & Project (pivot tables/macros).
