Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage APAC payroll operations, ensuring day-to-day payroll execution and strategic departmental projects.
  • •Ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery and legislative compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • •Oversee end-to-end payroll for more junior team members and attend to payroll queries in a timely, customer-centric way.
  • •Handle payroll-related data according to company guidelines and policies; produce analytics and recommendations to improve execution efficiency.
  • •Oversee audits and compliance documentation, and participate in payroll projects/change requests to improve working environments.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
  • •3+ years of people management experience.
  • •Deep working knowledge of APAC payroll statutory regulations and complex multi-country compliance and controls.
  • •Strong understanding of payroll risks; able to maintain relationships with payroll vendors and stakeholders.
  • •Proficiencies in automation and use of AI tools; exposure to various payroll systems and knowledge transfer activities.
