Franchise Account Executive - Remote EST

Own franchise relationships and drive account performance across an assigned territory by aligning internal teams and outside sales partners. Serve as a central point of contact, provide product expertise and technical support, and monitor metrics to resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction. Use forecasts and performance data to support customer goals, coach best practices, and educate customers and business partners on program features and enhancements.
