Key Responsibilities

•Assign and monitor distribution, including staging, wave times, and pick assignments; balance drop-dead times with product availability.
•Ensure proper order allocation by shipment ID or shipment line depending on load requirements.
•Prepare trailer loading reports for outbound loads and organize/prioritize paperwork for loaders as loads complete.
•Prioritize inbound loads and manage live load queues by observing work priorities; determine doors/yard locations for trailers.
•Handle inbound/outbound paperwork discrepancies, check for shorts/special requests before closing trucks, escalate system problems, and assist coworkers with picking issues.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of warehouse or distribution-related experience.
•Experience in a distribution center or warehouse processing customer orders (preferred).
•Computer skills including a Warehouse Management system and Microsoft Office.
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities in a team environment.
•Good written and verbal communication; ability to work long hours, holidays, and weekends.
