Job Summary

Own inventory planning, replenishment, and optimization across Lolli & Pops retail locations. Manage SKU and location inventory targets, safety stock, and allocations for launches, promotions, and new store openings. Partner with Merchandising, Store Operations, Distribution, Finance, Purchasing, and Marketing to forecast demand, resolve inventory health issues, and maintain accurate ERP/POS data. Build dashboards and KPI reporting using inventory metrics to improve turns, in-stock performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage inventory levels across retail stores and distribution centers, including targets, safety stock, and replenishment parameters by SKU and location.
•Develop demand forecasts and execute replenishment strategies based on sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and inventory performance.
•Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP/POS systems and produce dashboards/KPI reporting (e.g., inventory turns, weeks of supply, fill rate).
•Oversee inventory transfers, store replenishment processes, and cycle counts/annual physical inventories while investigating discrepancies.
•Coordinate with Purchasing and vendors to align order timing and quantities with forecasts, and partner across teams to support launches and promotional events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in inventory planning, allocation, replenishment, merchandise planning, or inventory management.
•Retail inventory management experience.
•Multi-store retail experience strongly preferred.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
•Experience with ERP and POS systems such as CounterPoint, Sage, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
