Assistant Vice President, Civil Roadway Engineer/Project Engineer

Lead and oversee multiple transportation roadway design projects for the Tamuning, Guam office, ensuring specifications, reports, and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards. Coordinate across planning, environmental, roadway, structures, hydraulics/drainage, and traffic disciplines and remote offices. Manage project delivery performance, budgets, and profitability, provide guidance to PMs and managers, and mentor subordinate staff while staying current on civil engineering techniques and safety requirements.
