Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related experience substitution.
  • •6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience, including at least 2 years of claims handling experience.
  • •2 years of direct team lead, supervisory, or management experience.
  • •Insurance adjuster license acquisition and maintenance within 6 months of the role.
  • •Experience in property claims, including moderate-severity Homeowners or Dwelling claims, with knowledge of property claims contracts and case law.
