  • •Prepare samples for Focused Ion Beam (FIB) lamella making and optimize sample prep procedure and conditions using pattern instructions.
  • •Operate and check Focused Ion Beam (FIB) equipment performance under limited supervision, including making TEM lamella based on job assignment.
  • •Perform FIB system software alignment and routine maintenance procedures (e.g., flash, plasma clean), plus routine shut down and issue escalation.
  • •Coordinate instrument repair and maintenance and interface with requestors to communicate results.
  • •Support lab operations by monitoring wafers in process (WIP) and helping maintain quality, turnaround time, and throughput.
