Focused Ion Beam (FIB) Technician IV

Prepare semiconductor samples for Focused Ion Beam (FIB) lamella making, including optimizing sample prep conditions and identifying cutting locations from pattern instructions. Operate and verify FIB equipment performance under limited supervision, perform software alignment, routine maintenance (e.g., flash/plasma clean), and safe shutdowns. Coordinate instrument repair, support wafer in-process monitoring (WIP), and contribute to quality, turnaround time, and throughput for manufacturing lab operations.
