Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary business-facing process owner for P2P, partnering with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to design scalable P2P processes and translate needs into functional requirements.
  • •Define and track P2P KPIs and process performance metrics with business owners, reporting progress regularly and running a governance forum to manage backlog and decisions.
  • •Own the end-to-end SAP purchasing process (PR/PO) and provide hands-on SAP MM expertise, including approval workflows, release strategies, and source determination.
  • •Own SAP goods receipt and invoice processing (GR/IR and Logistics Invoice Verification), driving automation, invoice matching (2-way/3-way), and cycle-time improvements.
  • •Lead P2P integrations between SAP and sourcing/supplier platforms, vendor/EDI networks, banking/payment platforms, and tax engines; support P2P reporting tools and master data workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • •15+ years of overall SAP experience, including 5+ years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
  • •Hands-on functional experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) across direct and indirect procurement (purchase requisitions and purchase orders).
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP goods receipt and invoice processing, including GR/IR and Logistics Invoice Verification.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating SAP with sourcing/supplier platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba), EDI/vendor networks, and banking or tax systems.
