Key Responsibilities

  • •Support team members across portfolio management responsibilities and, after onboarding, take ownership of selected tasks.
  • •Gain insight into operational real estate decisions and support analyses for managing a large institutional real estate portfolio.
  • •Contribute to portfolio analyses and interdisciplinary/international projects.
  • •Prepare presentation and decision-making materials for internal and external stakeholders using data on portfolio and performance.
  • •Support projects and workstreams developing digital workflows and analytical processes using business intelligence, automation, and AI solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently studying economics, business administration, or a related field, ideally with a focus on real estate, preferably with a completed bachelor’s degree.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for structured data preparation and professional presentations.
  • •Initial practical experience with, or strong interest in, digital solutions such as business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), automation, programming of Office applications, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.
  • •Initiative, quick grasp of new concepts, and a structured, responsible approach to work; experience with real estate investment cash flow models is an advantage.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
