Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake core system research and development for the global e-commerce operations platform, including system design, development, maintenance, and ongoing optimization.
  • •Use business understanding and business modeling to abstract business scenarios, select appropriate technical approaches, and drive implementation.
  • •Contribute to stability work including multi–data center scheduling, stability governance, loss prevention/control, and disaster recovery downgrade.
  • •Support professional growth of individual team members with technical and professional guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science/IT/Programming & System Analysis or a related discipline.
  • •At least 5 years of experience constructing distributed backend systems.
  • •Strong programming skills with deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, plus excellent code design and style.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of distributed system platforms and tools, including Java/Golang/Python/C++ and databases/caches (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis).
  • •Experience with message queue platforms such as Kafka or RocketMQ.
