Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily warehouse operations covering inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • •Monitor warehouse KPIs (productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, turnaround time, and on-time dispatch) and optimize warehouse space and material flow.
  • •Ensure accurate inventory control via cycle counts and stock audits, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • •Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and supervisors; plan manpower allocation and shift scheduling based on operational volumes.
  • •Ensure customer SLA adherence, EHS/statutory compliance, and SOP documentation; coordinate with transportation, procurement, and customer service while preparing MIS reports.
