Director, Sr. Business and Technology Transactions Counsel

Provide business and legal guidance for complex IP and commercial transactions, including IP licensing, joint development/collaboration agreements, and acquisitions/divestitures. Lead drafting, review, and negotiation to meet business objectives while advising sales and business stakeholders on contractual provisions and legal/business risk. Partner across Legal and Compliance to support stakeholders, manage outside counsel budgets/quality, and contribute to process and technology improvements.
