Lead day-to-day branch performance by building a high-performing team, coaching associates, and driving customer value. Oversee inventory and operational execution while translating operating and financial data to identify trends and root causes. Set goals, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to meet revenue, customer satisfaction, and associate succession targets in collaboration with area leadership and field support.
