Key Responsibilities

•Stand up and lead the Highway/Bridge Sector across the four-state region, overseeing multiple practice areas such as roadway design, structures, hydraulics, utilities, right-of-way, and alternative delivery.
•Serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving cost center ownership, market leadership, operational performance, and team development.
•Build a scalable, high-performing sector that integrates growth, delivery excellence, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.
•Foster strong client relationships with DOTs and Southeast transportation clients to develop and sustain long-term partnerships.
•Lead organizational transformation and implement systems-driven operations across teams and stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
•Ten years of experience in transportation engineering with significant highway/bridge program experience, including 2 years in leadership.
•Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams or business units.
•Experience with business management, including revenue growth, backlog, and operational performance.
•Experience and client relationship development working with DOT clients (e.g., NCDOT and Southeast agencies).
