Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide program management for complex cross-functional R&D programs, independently developing CCPM project plans.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders across Technology, Product Management, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality and Reliability, Supply Chain, Finance, Environmental Health and Safety, and other departments.
  • •Drive project schedules to completion on-time and on-budget for 3 to 5 projects simultaneously, including program review meetings and action item tracking.
  • •Build interfaces between organizations to ensure successful hand-offs and maintain software infrastructure to keep plans and action items up to date.
  • •Negotiate project goals and develop mitigation plans as needed to obtain cooperation and commitment to deliverables.

Salary: USD 91,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • •5–7 years of program management experience, with 5 years in an R&D environment preferred (new product/process development and change management).
  • •Experience using MS Project or equivalent project management tools.
  • •Intermediate understanding of Quality and Reliability requirements to bring new products/processes to manufacturing.
  • •Strong communication and demonstrated project management skills in a technology development environment.
