Job Summary

Lead collections for the Mexico customer portfolio, owning collections performance for past-due balances, disputed invoices, and broken payment commitments. Build account-level action plans, track aging and payment trends, and deliver clear risk and cash updates to leadership. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Billing, Support, Product, and Order Management to resolve operational issues behind delayed payment and coordinate enforcement actions, disputes, and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities

•Own collections performance for Mexico-based accounts and drive faster resolution of past-due balances and disputed invoices.
•Build account-level action plans, monitor aging movement and payment trends, and provide risk and cash updates to leadership.
•Partner closely with cross-functional teams (CSMs, AEs, Account Managers, Billing, Support, Product, Order Management, Finance) to resolve operational issues behind delayed payment.
•Recommend and coordinate next steps including payment plans, service restrictions, dashboard locks, credit blocks, and cancellation progression.
•Maintain clear documentation and escalation discipline while managing communication across phone, WhatsApp, messaging tools, and email.

Key Requirements

•5–7+ years of B2B collections, accounts receivable, or finance operations experience with direct ownership of a customer portfolio.
•Prior experience in a manager-level role, with the ability to manage delinquent accounts using account health, billing history, and cancellation status.
•Native or fluent Spanish and strong professional English.
•Experience collecting from Mexico-based customers or working in a Mexico commercial environment.
•Strong negotiation skills and the ability to simultaneously coordinate internal resolution of billing, product, service, or operational issues.
