Job Summary

Serve as the main point of contact between Traba’s workforce and a client’s on-site leadership team. Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary relationship owner between site supervisors/workers and Traba.
  • •Facilitate on-site onboarding: introductions, first-day check-ins, interviews, start schedules, worker vetting, and drug testing.
  • •Support workers on-site with clock-ins, pay questions, performance feedback, and escalate issues to internal teams.
  • •Bridge communication between the client site and Traba teams, reporting key updates, attendance issues, and staffing changes.
  • •Support day-to-day operations including shift/schedule management, incident management, staffing coverage, and PPE distribution.

Salary: USD 19 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bilingual communication in English and Spanish is required.
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills for email and in-person interactions.
  • •Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to coach workers and enforce standards.
