Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate account administration for complex fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of governing documents and account agreements; manage service requests and communicate with service partners to facilitate changes or transactions.
  • •Resolve client issues, communicate steps and updates, and oversee action plans for client servicing events (including execution and follow-up).
  • •Engage client support services for servicing events such as account opening/closing, cash movement, and fee set-ups; ensure documentation and systems information stay current.
  • •Assist trust and estate-related advisors through account acceptance, discretionary request analysis, compliance management, and annual account reviews; mentor more junior employees.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in financial servicing or related experience/credentials (preferred).
  • •In-depth functional/industry knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardianship, and advisory services/products.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • •Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • •Technical/systems knowledge (e.g., PeopleSoft) and working knowledge of client on-line tools.
