Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with testing, checkout, maintenance, and repair of Patriot major end items, including single and multiple end item repairs.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for the contractor when repair information, procedures, and solutions are required for repair actions.
  • •Provide in-depth Patriot system knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex Patriot MEI electronic and mechanical problems.
  • •Perform day-to-day execution on the Kuwait Patriot TA program, including depot-level diagnostic, fault isolation, cleanup, and repair capability.
  • •Affect electronic repairs on location using available hardware and software tools, supporting preparations, integration, and demonstrations of pre- and post-C-3 modified systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Successful completion of a Patriot System Intermediate Maintenance Course for MOS 27X/94S/140L (or equivalent on similar electronic systems).
  • •4 years of field maintenance experience troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, and functional verifications of the Patriot Air Defense system (or similar electronic systems) using diagnostics, unit self-tests, and test equipment.
  • •Secret security clearance required.
  • •Experience with Department of the Army Modification Work Order (DAMWO) installations, including system integration and checkout.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office experience, including Excel report creation and inventory/maintenance and baseline configuration control database systems.
