Job Summary

Lead and optimize store-level execution across MW China stores by driving sell-out performance, inventory health, and KPI improvements. Collaborate with store management and Account Sales to align priorities, monitor KPIs (CR, UPT, ATV, traffic), and implement operational standards and initiatives to improve commercial health.

Key Responsibilities

•Support sell-out performance and KPI improvement at store level across MW stores.
•Track and analyze store-level KPIs (CR%, UPT, ATV, traffic, productivity) and identify gaps with actions.
•Ensure proper execution of brand standards, SOPs, and retail initiatives in customer stores.
•Monitor staffing rostering efficiency and service quality implementation.
•Prepare weekly/monthly performance tracking reports and ensure data accuracy.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of retail operations experience in a multinational retail environment.
•Strong understanding of retail KPIs and operational drivers.
•Ability to influence external partners without direct authority.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
