Compounding Pharmacist (Nights)

Supervise compounding activities in the compounding laboratory to ensure accurate, high-quality compounded medications. Perform and document compounding and QA/QC checks, verify formula and compounding records, and support pharmacist duties including patient consultation, drug utilization reviews, counseling, and dispensing. Lead safety compliance for hazardous drugs (USP , ), coordinate equipment and compounding-environment monitoring, and train/evaluate compounding technicians within Arizona and FDA regulations.
