Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft 30% construction document electrical drawing sets from architectural, structural, and civil base plans.
  • •Create preliminary power distribution, lighting/receptacle circuitry, panelboard locations, and general notes per project scope.
  • •Establish and maintain CAD standards, dynamic blocks, layer standards, and reusable templates/detail libraries.
  • •Import, clean, and manage multidisciplinary background drawings; identify spatial clashes and routing conflicts early.
  • •Collaborate with electrical engineers, project managers, and clients to gather criteria and accurately incorporate review redlines/markups; may include SOX controls responsibilities where applicable.
