Key Responsibilities

•Perform administrative duties such as data consistency, fielding phone calls, reviewing incoming mail, filing, and greeting clients.
•Conduct daily transaction uploads/downloads and process new account openings for new or existing clients.
•Resolve data maintenance and client account issues, including insurance policy service requests (e.g., address and beneficiary changes, premium mode, dividend options, and fund allocation).
•Maintain the client file sharing/document storage site and ensure data accuracy according to compliant procedures.
•Support the advisor with meeting materials and help conserve relationship manager business by scheduling meetings and check-in calls.
