Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to increase velocity in delivering products and unlock engineering capabilities
  • •Provide technical leadership across multiple areas and collaborate with product managers, teams, customers, and other engineers to solve tough problems
  • •Develop and execute technical software development strategy for diverse domains and ensure quality, usability, and performance of solutions
  • •Mentor and coach engineers and educate executives, promoting best practices across teams
  • •Analyze cost, forecast, and adjust resource requirements to drive continuous learning and improvements

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional software development experience (focus on SRE and Incident/Change Management)
  • •8+ years of experience with architecture and design

  • •Fluency and specialization with at least two modern languages such as Go, Java, C++, Python or C# including object-oriented design
  • •Experience with Microservices oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs
