Machine Operator

Operate and maintain production make-up and packaging equipment following established procedures under supervision. You’ll review shift information, cover call-offs and vacations across departments (including bakery packaging/make-up), and pack on the line when not running equipment. Perform changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation tasks, complete required documentation (e.g., HACCP/CTS), and maintain safe, GMP-compliant work areas while using and supporting industrial equipment.
