Job Summary

Serve customers for the DeWALT brand as an on-site Customer Service Representative for the T&O Commercial team. Handle order details, pricing, product identification, and quantity verification while driving incremental sales by answering product and service questions at the counter and by phone. Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues by diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, and following up to ensure resolution. Work Monday–Friday on a 1st shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle pricing and customer orders by identifying items via catalog number and description, verifying quantities, and extending items on orders.
•Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting additional products and services, and driving incremental sales.
•Provide customer sales and service both at the counter and via phone.
•Service customers on product application, features, benefits, and proper handling and maintenance, including sales of services/programs/products.
•Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, selecting and explaining solutions, expediting corrections/adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
