Production Manager - University Park (2nd shift)

Supervise daily operations in a Carvana inspection/reconditioning center, overseeing vehicle reconditioning work in a lean manufacturing environment. Lead and develop a team of leads and front-line associates, ensuring coaching, succession planning, and performance management. Drive adherence to operating standards, health and safety, and loss prevention while meeting quality, production, and cost metrics through continuous improvement and problem solving.
