•Support day-to-day internal communications for the Enterprise & Growth portfolio, including product, partnership, leadership, and organizational announcements.
•Plan and execute internal events for supported executives and teams, including org-wide All Hands, managers meetings, Q&As, leadership AMAs, employee engagement moments, and launch gatherings.
•Support logistics and execution for company-wide customer storytelling programs, bringing customer insights and impact stories to employees.
•Monitor high-traffic Slack channels and other employee feedback signals to identify emerging questions and information gaps.
•Maintain intake and calendar tracking key moments, milestones, dependencies, audiences, and review timelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 171,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in internal communications, event coordination, marketing communications, operations, or a related field.
•Experience supporting internal events, team meetings, All Hands, or employee engagement moments.
•Excellent organization and project coordination skills, including tracking deadlines, dependencies, logistics, and stakeholder feedback.
•Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information across technical and business teams.
•A collaborative approach with the ability to build trust and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
