Key Responsibilities

  • •Process provider and business unit invoices in relevant systems within defined SLAs.
  • •Validate invoice data for correctness before payment execution and approve provider self-invoices per rules.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely rebilling of costs to Business Partners.
  • •Handle incoming provider requests via shared mailboxes and collaborate with internal stakeholders for clarification of standard cases.
  • •Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and quality standards; escalate complex/non-standard issues to Senior Agents or Team Leader.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
  • •Basic understanding of financial and accounting processes (advantage).
  • •Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Ability to follow defined procedures and guidelines.
