Job Summary

Perform entry-level production line work, including manual handling of product, visual quality inspection of cookies and packaging, and following Good Manufacturing Practices, safety practices, and supervisory instructions. Rotate between conveyor belt lines for cupping and packaging tasks involving repetitive hand and arm motion and standing for the shift. Lift regularly up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds while working the 6:50 am to 3 pm schedule (most Sundays).

Key Responsibilities

•Perform various production line duties, including manual handling of product.
•Conduct visual quality inspections of product and/or packaging.
•Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, housekeeping, and acceptable safety practices.
•Carry out cupping and packaging duties on a conveyor belt, including dropping/separating paper cups and filling each with the correct number of cookies.
•Follow supervisory instructions and be scheduled on different lines as production needs require, as assigned.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Experience or comfort working on production lines in a manufacturing environment (preferred).

•Ability to perform cupping and packaging tasks requiring repetitive hand/arm motion and rotating sides of the belt, including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
