Job Summary

Deliver hands-on industrial automation training, covering PLC/HMI support, SCADA and DCS system design and operation, and industrial communication protocols. Develop and update training materials based on current standards, and guide trainees through configuring and interfacing hardware. Teach industrial instrumentation calibration, data acquisition and basic database management, and fundamentals of IT networking and TCP/IP for industrial applications, while instructing on drives, motors, robotics, and control concepts.

•Deliver hands-on industrial automation training with theoretical and practical applications.
•Develop and update training materials to match current industry standards and technologies.
•Support PLC and HMI programming, troubleshooting, and industrial communication protocols.
•Train participants on designing and operating SCADA and DCS systems and configuring/interfacing hardware through PLC, HMI, and SCADA.
•Instruct trainees on AC/DC drives, servo/stepper motors, process and PID controllers, industrial robotics, and industrial instrumentation calibration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
•5-10 years of experience in maintenance and repair focused on automation technologies.
